Came in for lunch and my order was taken right away. It was only a 10 minute wait & the service was friendly. The inside is very clean and there is a good amount of seating.

The portions here are a bit big which I appreciate! For the quality and taste it's priced really well. The food here is very good - much better than the average teriyaki spot but not necessarily one of my absolute favorites. I'd probably return!

Finding ourselves on a sat hungry after a visit to Home Depot we wandered over here. My bf really likes this place. He has the chicken teriyaki spicy. Then side of rice and kimchee. He loves it. I had chicken teriyaki normal. I ate it and I was hungry but this is not my fav flavor. It's sort of mollasses flavored. Very dark and thick sauce. I did love the cabbage.  Maybe I'll try something else next time.

Less than impressed with Songs. I came here a year or so ago and it was pretty good. We walked in and there were only a couple customers in the restaurant. The gal behind the counter didn't acknowledge we even walked in. We went to the counter and waited for her to come back from the back room. She took our orders and we sat down.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef and a side of gyoza. The gyoza came out quickly. My order was next. Upon looking at my plate I noticed there were hot pepper seeds on my chicken. I took a bite as I thought maybe they do their sauce differently. Nope, it was General Taos. I like hot food, but wasn't expecting that. The Mongolian beef was super salty and the sauce was super thick. Not pleasing at all.

My buddy said his teriyaki was soaked in sauce and he couldn't even finish his meal.

I went up front and asked the employee if they make their sweet and sour hot. She said no and I explained what happed. She said the cook must have made a mistake. She said she would tell him the beef was off. That was the end of her part of the conversation. She walked away.

No offer of a replacement or refund. No customer service at all.

I ordered the beef teriyaki to go. My beef taste like it was cooked and left out them recooked. The colder
It got the harder the beef got. Gross !

This used to be my favorite teriyaki joint. The food typically was pretty good, but the service is so bad that I find myself frustrated and promised myself I would never go back there. The lady who runs the front has let the phone ring repeatedly without answering, left me on hold for excessive amounts of time, been rude when I asked questions about the menu (on the rare occasions I wanted to try something new), claimed they didn't have items they did sell, and messed up my order on no fewer than 4 occasions.

Today I had had enough. She forgot the sauce for my gyoza order (typically a minor annoyance I'd let go, but was just at the point of being done with dealing with crap customer service) so I called and asked her to have them remake it (because the gyoza would be cold by the time I got back home) and I'd come pick it up. About a minute from the store I get a call that rings once and hangs up--no answer, no message. I get to the store and they tell me they needed me to bring the old gyoza back in order for them to replace it. That is terrible customer service.

At this point I've wasted two trips to their store, and will never waste another one. I REALLY hope they get new customer service people because the prior staff were wonderful but ever since this lady has been there (something like 6 mo-1 year) I have cringed every time she answers the phone with her husky voice because I know the service is going to make me wish I hadn't ever gotten in the habit of going there.
